Hi Everyone this is Carol Hudak with the Weekly Wednesday Update. A copy of this message will be posted on the website and via Engage emails for your convenience.
Please listen carefully to the following announcements and mark your calendars accordingly:
The Auditorium will be closed all day tomorrow to prepare for the Social Club tomorrow evening. Doors will Open at 5:30 pm. Please remember your Photo ID Cards to gain access.
The Photo ID Scheduled time for Thursday will change beginning next Thursday, April 23rd, from Noon - 2 pm to 1:00 pm - 2:30pm to coordinate with the Reception Window closure from Noon-1:00 pm for your convenience. Please see the Courier and website for detailed information about scheduling and appointments. There are no exceptions to the days and times scheduled.
Photo IDs will begin on Thursday, May 7th (for working members only) from 5:30 - 6:30 pm before the General HOA Meeting and every month following before either General or Open Board Meetings. Appointments must be made using ex. 221 requesting the time. Your request is not guaranteed until an Office Staff calls you back to confirm. Time slots are limited. You must arrive for your time slot or lose the appointment completely to keep others on schedule.
The Robo Can concealment compliance deadline was extended to 4/30. All Robo cans must be concealed from being seen from the street except when temporarily placed for pickup. No cans are ever permitted on front porches, in front of garages, or driveways. Thank you to those who have already made appropriate compliance efforts and help keep HH beautiful. All Homeowners must comply by that date or risk possible fines.
Also, Spring is officially here and I am still in search of a few more flower lovers to volunteer to fill up our planters in the breezeway and on the Pool fence before the start of the Pool Season.
In addition, a regular watering schedule can be shared throughout the Summer. Please call me at ex. 219 and help make HH beautiful again throughout the Spring & Summer. I will be scheduling a meeting for the first week in May.
The Board is reaching out to Members to volunteer for various tasks around the Pool. Please call Don Testa at ex.216.
We are also forming a Special Events Committee to plan and organize a celebration at the Pool for the USA's 250th Birthday and Grandparents' Day in August. Please call Carol Bianco at ex. 215.
The Board reminds you that the Homeowners Surrogacy Team will be meeting this Friday from 3:30 - 4:30 in the Arts & Crafts room. No appointment necessary.
Also, the deadline for HH Vets (both living and those who have passed) to bring your military service photo to the Office by May 1st to complete our Gallery to Honor all who have served. Should you have any questions, call John Barone at ex. 218.
The Auditorium will be closed to all activities next Wednesday, April 22, 2026 between the hours of 8:00AM-1:00PM. The electrical contractor will be replacing emergency lighting during this time.
And tomorrow is Ticket Sales in the A&C Room 10 - 11 am and tomorrow evening before the Social Club. Please check the website, flyers, and Courier for Events & details.
